What’s inside your protocol

Every protocol is written for you, not pulled from a template.
  1. Your priorities, in plain language

A personal summary of what we discussed and the few areas that matter most right now, so you know where to put your energy first.

  2. Nutrition and meal structure

How to build and time your meals: protein at every meal, carbohydrates matched to your energy and training, hormone-supportive fats, and snacks that actually keep you full. Specific adjustments, not vague rules.

  3. Foods to prioritize, and why

The specific foods that support your goals, from iron-rich proteins to cooked vegetables for digestion, with a short explanation of why each one matters for you.

  4. Your meal plan and recipes

A sample meal plan and recipes that put everything into practice. A flexible template, not a rulebook.

  5. Supplements, only where they add value

Specific products, doses and timing, all kept in your client portal so nothing gets lost.

  6. Lifestyle and movement

The habits that shape your hormones as much as food does: movement suited to your cycle and energy, morning light, sleep, stress, and how you eat, not just what you eat.

  7. Testing recommendations

Which labs, if any, would help us understand what’s going on, and how to get them.

  8. Clear next steps

What to focus on first, and what we’ll review together at your follow-up.

Questions

Do I need a follow-up?

It depends on your goal. The first session sets the plan. The follow-up is where we refine it: what’s working, what’s hard to keep up with, and what needs to change. For longer-term goals like restoring your cycle, fertility preparation, iron status, or thyroid and metabolic health, ongoing support is usually where lasting change happens, because many markers take weeks to months to shift.

Why can’t I book directly?

I work with a limited number of clients each season, so I review every application first. That way our time is spent on you, not paperwork, and we both know it’s the right fit before you pay.
